The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic MFL Teacher who can deliver engaging and high-quality language instruction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective MFL lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere. Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with the latest in language education. Promote cultural understanding and appreciation through the curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, Linguistics, or a related field. Experience teaching MFL at secondary level is desirable. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for languages and commitment to enhancing student success. Desirable: Proficiency in teaching multiple languages. Experience in leading extracurricular language activities.
