The post holder will offer assessment and psychological therapy to our client group and support the multi-disciplinary team with their clinical work via supervision, consultation, and case formulation. About the service: The Eating Disorders Teams is a countywide service that provides clinical management and psychological interventions for people with eating disorders across Worcestershire. You will be joining a well-established multidisciplinary team who values the variety of skills, knowledge and experience each member brings., The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting effective implementation of evidence based psychological therapy for our client group. The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with the key partner organisations, patients, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary teams. Applicants will need to have a genuine interest in eating disorders and the expansion and development of the service. The post holder will have a clinical caseload providing specialist psychological assessments leading to the development of psychological formulations and interventions, for individuals who present within this service. The role will also involve delivering training and supporting the professional development of colleagues to work therapeutically with our client group. As such, excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential to this position.
