About the role: As Department Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Highfield Littleport School. Working closely with the Assistant Head and Headteacher, you will contribute to the formulation and implementation of school policies, help drive teaching and learning excellence and foster a collaborative culture across the school.
