You can view the values at www.salford.gov.uk/your-council/our-values About you We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person with a proven track record of secondary school improvement and inclusive school leadership to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting high educational standards and outcomes for children and young people through the process of continuous school improvement in maintained secondary schools. You will need considerable experience of Senior school leadership in a school or in a Local Authority (or other education related agency) and a proven ability to provide professional support, challenge, and advice to others to bring about improvement in settings beyond your own.
