About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in both one-to-one and small group settings.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN staff.
* Help students develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

* Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (desirable but not essential).
