We are looking for a site manager to start near Aylesbury.
Applicants must have previous experience working as a site manager on a care home.
Daily duties:
1. Manage all aspects of the build programme ensuring that key dates are met and any movement in these are well managed and communicated.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the site including management of sub-contractors.
3. Manage all aspects of health and safety, ensuring these are upheld at all times and take actions for improvement.
4. Continually monitor the quality of the build and assist in the continuous improvement of our homes.
5. Collaborate with the other regional teams to ensure problems are addressed and rectified.
About you:
1. Proven experience working for a care home builders in a similar level role is a must.
2. Excellent team player and manager able to motivate site teams.
3. Demonstrable understanding and application of health and safety best practice and legislation.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
5. SMSTS qualified.
