What you’ll do:
* Lead preparation and hosting of Customer and ISO 9001 audits.
* Respond to and schedule customer audits.
* Complete customer questionnaires.
* Lead Purolite’s vendor management program, including conducting supplier audits.
* Manage internal audits to monitor compliance with internal operations, procedures, and regulations.
* Prepare action plans from audits, internal and external.
* Set up internal workshops and communication related to CAPA actions.
* Initiate relevant KPIs.
* Manage client complaints.
* Communicate and liaise with customers and sales as needed.
* Participate in change control processes to ensure proper assessment and implementation of changes.
What you'll need:
* A scientific degree or equivalent.
* Experience in a regulated environment with understanding of quality systems (cGMP and ISO9001 advantageous).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Q-Pulse or similar QMS software is a plus.
* Experience in internal auditing to ISO9001; cGMP experience is advantageous.
* Lead auditor training (desirable).
* Experience hosting customer audits.
