Job Description:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
1. Chaperoning individuals to appointments and activities
2. Completing relevant paperwork
3. Household tasks
4. Administering medication
5. Leading, training and developing new and existing support workers within your team
6. Helping the deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent

The Opportunity:
Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Senior Support Workers to join our teams within the Leicestershire area. Little Acre is a five-bed registered accommodation, supporting individuals from the ages of 6 – 19 years and is dedicated to building incredible futures by giving the occupants opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.
We are based in Hickling Pastures and are within commuting distance of Nottingham and Loughborough. Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!
