Job Title: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside

Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team in a reputable Nursing Home in Liverpool, Merseyside. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional nursing care and support to residents
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Monitor and record patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary
4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
6. Assist with personal care tasks, including feeding, dressing, and hygiene
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing interventions and patient progress
8. Participate in training and development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
9. Support the senior nursing team in ensuring the smooth running of the nursing home
Requirements:
1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
2. Current NMC registration
3. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is desirable
4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
7. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
8. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
9. Commitment to continuous professional development
