My client, an independent insurance broker, are looking for a Commercial Insurance Executive to join their team. To be considered for this role you should have strong negotiation skills and be confident in liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis. You should also be committed to following up leads and cross selling products.
Role and Responsibilities:
Reach out to new clients and create business development opportunities
Discuss policies, quotations and warranties and ensure they are in line with the quote provided
Cross sell additional products
Managing inbound and outbound calls
Ensure all systems are kept up to date with new clients and their policies
Attend client meetings and present the company offering
Remain proactive throughout the agreed policy term and be on hand for clients
Build a strong network of clients to ensure repeat and longstanding businessEssential skills and criteria
Previous experience in a new business role is essential
Experience in motor insurance is desirable
Cert CII qualification is desirable
Strong negotiation skills
Experienced in building client relationships
Comfortable making outbound calls and chasing leadsPackage
Base salary of £28,000 - £45,000 - Please note to be considered for the higher end of the salary you will need to have previous insurance experience
Commission structure with an OTE of £60,000
