Key Job Requirements as Sales Controller:
* Develop, Manage and refine new and used vehicle sales policy
* Maximise sales, profitability of new and used vehicles and associated products
* Develop necessary sales organisation and resource to achieve performance targets
* Ensure optimum stock of new and used vehicles are on premises and in pipeline
* Create an environment where department and staff excel
* Achieve Finance & Insurance Budget and objectives

Sales Controller required experience:
* Previous experience in the Motor Industry is essential as Sales Controller/Business Manager
* Car Sales experience is essential
* Demonstrate successful sales experience
