PROJECT CONTEXT
The service holder shall be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED and will manage the structural design development for the onshore CPF project by reviewing studies, drawings, and evaluations, in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, standards, and contract requirements. The service holder will provide value-adding knowledge to constructability reviews and check Civil/Structural deliverables of high complexity, including structural steel design drawings. During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget for the scope of work and actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation. The service holder could also be involved during the current pre-feed extension. This work will be performed in accordance with JOCAP and the company's OneTech and Project rules, guidelines, and procedures.

ACTIVITIES
The service holder must possess strong experience in the structural discipline and be able to identify, control, and manage risks related to their scope of work while highlighting any opportunities. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values, and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety. The service holder shall:
1. Coordinate all structural discipline for the onshore CPF plant and interface with other disciplines.
2. Ensure that industry standards, guidelines, and codes are followed for project deliverables.
3. Report design quantities compared to estimated quantities.
4. Review all Structural drawings and 3-D model deliverables within the discipline, participate in project design/model reviews, and constructability reviews.
5. Review vendor information from subcontractors and integrate it into the design solution.
6. Review detailed structural designs and plans. Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
7. Ensure all designs meet necessary specifications.
8. Review and approve design changes and modifications.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
10. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
11. Perform structural analysis and calculations.
12. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
13. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
14. Participate in project meetings and reviews and provide input on material selection and construction methods. Identify and mitigate potential design risks.
15. Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the design process.
16. Stay aware of HSE Standards. Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
17. Possess knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current country legislative issues.
CONTEXT
The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea at a depth of 500 meters, approximately 100km southeast of Baku, 25km northeast of Shah Deniz field, and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims to supply natural gas for both the domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for the international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
