What We’re Looking For
✔ HLTA qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
✔ Experience working in a primary school setting
✔ A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
✔ Strong classroom leadership skills – confident in leading groups and whole classes
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
