The role This role will provide data-entry support to the Fremantle Group payroll function. The Payroll Team Administrator will assist in the processing of all weekly payrolls including high volume freelance payroll and working alongside an outsourced payroll provider. The role will also support the Payroll Manager and work within the HR department to ensure accuracy against high-volume processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing high volume of invoices and casual staff paymentsEnter high volume of new starters into the payroll system on a weekly basis, ensuring high degree of accurate data entry, calculations, deductions, and adjustmentsEnsuring internal payroll deadlines are met Working closely with the Fremantle UK Production teams to seek out missing informationEnsuring compliance with laws and regulations – IR35 Verifying working hours and pay rates Maintaining employee recordsSupport with management of payroll inboxSkills and ExperienceExperience of processing weekly payroll Excellent data input and excel data manipulation skillsExceptional numerical skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience in payroll is ideal but not essentialGood understanding of computer systems with a willingness to learnStrong communication skills, ability to communicate with staff at all levelsAbility to work in creative environmentGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to work with confidential informationAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
