Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for a temporary Business Support Officer to join the Commissioning & Contracts team in Adult Social Care. The role involves working within a comprehensive range of systems to provide a responsive service to customers and ensure the provision of timely and accurate information to relevant team members in support of the Adult Social Care team's process.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an accurate database with information provided by the accountable workers on relevant customers of Adult Social Care.
2. Respond to all correspondence and telephonic inquiries related to the team, including prioritizing and taking necessary administrative actions.
3. Provide an efficient and confidential administrative service.
4. Support the assessment and review of customers by ensuring all requested assessments and reviews are received on time.
5. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Ability to work independently and as an effective team member with minimum supervision.
2. Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skills.
3. Exhibit good organizational ability and the capability to prioritize own workload.
4. Ability to cope well under pressure to meet deadlines.
