Your new company
You'll be working for a large public sector organisation, who provide services across the Lancashire area. The company is searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join their growing team. This role will involve directly supporting colleagues and directors within the office and working as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. However, the potential for flexible working hours may be offered to the right candidate.
Your new role
This is a widely varied position that requires support in different areas of the business. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Taking inbound calls and passing messages on to relevant departments.
2. Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Managing and arranging meetings.
5. Using a variety of different software systems to a high standard.
6. Efficiently filing and record keeping.
7. Ensuring you follow the department's processes and procedures whilst guaranteeing all information is correct.
8. Working alongside other team members to ensure all administration work is completed efficiently and within an allocated time frame.
