Relationship Manager – Exciting Opportunity!
Are you a proactive, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills? We are recruiting for a Relationship Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This is a key role where you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring a seamless service experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all communication and updates are handled efficiently.
2. Conduct annual reviews and support clients with their financial plans, primarily through phone and digital channels (Teams/Zoom).
3. Collaborate with advisers and client support to ensure client needs are met, and all queries are handled with care.
4. Keep client information up-to-date in CRM systems, ensuring records are accurate and well-maintained.
5. Prepare reports and post-review packs, managing the delivery of outstanding tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone.
2. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
3. A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
5. Previous experience in financial services is desirable but not essential.
