The Clinical Effectiveness Delivery Officer will provide support to the CMO directorate programmes of work, with a particular focus on the clinical effectiveness and IFR statutory functions. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Effectiveness the role is to support the directorate in taking a strategic lead for clinical effectiveness and statutory duties in relation to Individual Funding Request across the system. The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable the effective delivery of the statutory responsibility around Individual Funding Requests and a range of programme including prior approval schemes, guidance reviews, pathway development, designated commissioning portfolio, policy development and research. The post holder will support the Senior Officer Clinical Effectiveness who are responsible for coordinating the IFR process and providing assurance that the (IFR) Policy is fully complied with. The post holder will log all requests and prepare cases for administrative and clinical triage, Panels and Appeal Panels using agreed frameworks
