This role supports young people with Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behavior as a Children's Residential Activity Worker.
Salary and Location
* Salary: up to £32,000
* Location: Bishops Castle, Shropshire
* Shift patterns: 4 days working, including overnights, with 8 days off in a 4-day cycle

Role Responsibilities
Supporting young people in a dynamic environment, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in a safe setting. The role is challenging but rewarding. You should be committed, passionate, and able to engage, encourage, and mentor young people while having fun.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a Children's Support Worker, working with young people, or other social care experience (desirable)
* Must be a driver, as transporting young people is required
* Must be over 22 years old (essential)
