Role Overview:
As the Receptionist / Admin Support, you will be the face and voice of our client's organisation. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. In this position, you will be responsible for:
1. Greeting visitors
2. Managing incoming calls, providing information and answering queries
3. Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment
4. Processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
5. Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
6. Printing, scanning and copying documents
7. Providing general administrative support to various departments, as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a similar reception/administrative support role
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
6. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
