About You TMUK value the skill on offer from a variety of environments, therefor its not essential to have automotive experience. What is important is that you are dedicated to your craft and love the idea of constantly making improvements. To be considered for the Maintenance engineer role, you must have the following: - Either electrical or mechanical bias. - The drive to continually improve the site. - Completed craft apprenticeship to Level 3. - Happy to work across a three-shift pattern, including night shift. - Flexibility to complete the occasional overtime shift. About the role As a maintenance engineer you will be responsible for you will be responsible for maintaining a variety of PLC controlled automated production machinery, which can include conveyors, hydraulic presses, robotics, plastic injection moulding and other niche equipment specific to the site and industry.
