Job summary Medical Letter Reader An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Administrator to join our dedicated team here at Strathmore, if you are an retired nurse/paramedic/GP or even a graduate looking for a challenge? The successful candidate will work as part of the team, managing key tasks including: Processing patient letters from hospitals and other 3rd parties Summarising of patient medical notes Assigning industry-recognised codes to medical system IT Literacy, together with EMIS experience would be preferred, although not essential, as full training will be provided Previous applicants need not apply This is a part time role of 20 hours a week. Main duties of the job Duties involve Support the GP's and other clinicians by reducing their documentation workload and maintaining accurate, concise medical records.
