About The Role and Person
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Commercial and Events Coordinator (Maternity Cover).
The Commercial and Events Coordinator will be responsible for generating income through a variety of offerings, including room and venue hire, school visits, site tours, group visits, animal experiences, and promoting Friends of Capel Manor memberships. The post-holder will support the development and delivery of the annual events programme, overseeing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution. They will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for public activities and events, alongside managing all financial aspects, including tracking expenditure, invoicing, and ensuring budgets are adhered to. The post-holder will work closely with the operations team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination, while also creating positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
