Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor
Location: Fenton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: £22,308 per annum
The role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced world of e-commerce? We're collaborating with our well known client in the search for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join their team as an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor.
Main duties:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, addressing both pre-sale and post-sale questions
* Develop strong rapport with customers to assist with inquiries related to trade orders, product availability, stock information, tracking deliveries, and returns
* Take full responsibility for customer service requests, collaborating with various departments as needed
* Process customer orders promptly to ensure efficient picking and packing by warehouse staff
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes that will boost sales, improve brand loyalty, and elevate the overall customer service experience
* Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to expanding personal knowledge and skills.
* Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
* Highly resourceful and well-organized, with strong prioritization skills.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
