Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a service team of 4. Promote and ensure a safety-first culture, conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions, adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Coordinate and schedule service assignments to ensure we are meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Manage inventory processes, including inventory checks, stock labelling, and bi-annual stock takes. Ensure adherence to ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards. Manage site compliance with the Environmental Permit and liaise with the Environment Agency where necessary. Oversee waste management processes. Maintain the branch fleet, ensuring services, MOTs, and inspections comply with DVLA and "O" license requirements. Oversee tachograph downloads and report vehicle defects promptly. Foster a culture of excellent customer service by addressing client needs proactively and resolving issues efficiently. Ensure branch facilities operate efficiently, addressing issues and maintaining equipment. Benefits £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Experience and Qualifications: Experience within a similar role or this being the natural next step in your career. Strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills.
