Cleaning Team Leader
Salary: £34,400.57
Working Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5am - 1pm.
Location: FCO, Cheltenham GL51 0EX
Including an annual retention bonus of £2,000 (pro-rata), subject to maintaining Clearance requirements, plus 2.5 extra holiday Privilege days per year

We are looking to recruit a Cleaner Team leader to join our team and provide a high-quality cleaning service.
This is a full-time role based at FCO, Cheltenham GL51 0EX, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 5am - 1pm.
You will be responsible for helping to manage the G4S Cleaning Team and the services they provide. To provide a professional, comprehensive Facilities Management service, whilst assisting with the delivery of this prestigious contract.
This role requires an individual who is hardworking, tenacious and who wants to deliver the best quality service, whilst ensuring that the customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. You will need to be efficient and comfortable with managing and developing a team. Whilst being able to multitask, work under pressure and prioritise your workload to provide a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Cleaning Manager in leading and developing a skilled team to meet operational needs.
Monitor service delivery against SLAs/SLTs, ensuring performance data is recorded and available for audits or client reviews.
Schedule work to accommodate staffing changes and customer requests.
Identify trends and keep management informed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Assist in preparing and submitting Security Management Plans (SMPs).
Liaise with clients, customers, contractors, and other G4S teams as needed.
Provide support during peak demand or staff absences to ensure team success.
Coach, counsel, and manage staff performance, promoting development and training.
Maintain staff records and oversee administrative tasks.
Comply with Health and Safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Provide cover for other Team Leaders when required.
