This is a term-time only post, working 32 weeks per year, and is fixed-term until August 2025.
The post holder will be working 16 hours per week, during the evenings.
The role can be based at any of our Weston-Super-Mare campuses.
Day to day duties of the role
- To manage and provide outstanding reception services.
- To support with switchboard services.
- Provide all customers with an exemplary experience insuring the college's
reputation as an outstanding learning and training provider.
- Provide clerical support to the College Information Services team as requested.
Required skills and qualifications
- Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both
within the department and the wider college.
- Professional, warm and friendly manner with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a polite, effective and efficient phone manner.
- Exemplary Customer Service skills and commitment to the delivery of a wholly
customer focused service.
