The post holder will be working 16 hours per week, during the evenings. The role can be based at any of our Weston-super-Mare campuses. Day to day duties of the role To manage and provide outstanding reception services. To support with switchboard services. Provide all customers with an exemplary experience insuring the college's reputation as an outstanding learning and training provider. Provide clerical support to the College Information Services team as requested. Required skills and qualifications Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the department and the wider college. Professional, warm and friendly manner with exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a polite, effective and efficient phone manner.
