Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) in a school in Norwich. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with ASC and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the needs of these students.
Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons,
Provide support to individual students or small groups of students with ASC.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Monitor and record student progress and provide regular updates to the class teacher.
Provide support for students with ASC during school trips and other extracurricular activities,
Requirements:
Experience working with children or adults with ASC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of individual students.
Qualification in teaching assistant or related field is preferred but not essential.
Hourly pay: £12.90-£14.89
