Employee working groups The role We are currently recruiting a H&S/CDM Administrator to join our team in our Colchester Office. The successful candidate will provide the H&S and CDM team administration on a variety of projects, across our different sectors. Please Note: This role may be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service, Baseline Personnel Security Standard, Counter Terrorist Check, Security Check, or Developed Vetting clearance. The selected candidate will… Client and project demands. Guiding and supporting in compliance with H&S regulations. Coordinating H&S measures for the planning and preparation of all construction phases. Completing administration paperwork and communicating this through the appropriate channels. Working with clients in terms of project delivery regarding CDM regulation. Day to day administration for multiple internal and external client CDM portfolios. Creating and maintaining assignment data trackers and attending relevant meetings as a minute taker. Completing general typing and audio typing tasks and supporting with documentation version control. Coordinating security screening and vetting checks. Liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, preparing client invoicing and monitoring and entering timesheets. Coordinating completion of sub-consultant paperwork and performance checks and ensuring purchase orders are entered into the MIS and invoices attached. Processing real time data entry into the MIS and ensuring fee projections are up to date to administer fee proposals and client orders. Archiving project information on completion and processing and circulating relevant reports. Entering client information and fee proposal data into CRM system. Preparing and updating marketing materials and completing prequalification questionnaires. Coordinating diary management of team and consulting and managing actions of meetings. Essential skills, experience, and attributes… Knowledge of legislation relevant to the construction industry, CDM and health and safety. Advantage, but not essential. Qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH construction, TechIOSH etc.) provided with the role. Knowledge of the construction industry terminology. GCSE or Equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English. Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft.
