Project Manager – Plymouth
I am working with a specialist shopfitting company to recruit a Project Manager to carry out a diverse and unique role.
My client provides shopfitting services to a number of well-known food retail stores nationwide and has facilities locally where they store equipment such as shelving, fridges, lighting, and HVAC units. The appointed person will be responsible for surveying sites (stores) across the nation and putting together scopes of work, plans, and programs to coordinate the relocation of equipment to the facilities.
The number of stores you will be working on will be vast and will be located anywhere from Cornwall to Scotland. Some overnight stays will be expected, but most travel will not require a stopover. Please note, all travel expenses will be covered by the employer.
While you will be working on several sites, you will be responsible for putting together inventories and ensuring that logistic management plans are in place to ensure safe shop installations.
You will report to the Project Manager and will liaise with other staff members to build positive relationships.
Applicants must possess the following:
* CSCS card
* Construction & Shopfitting background
* Confident in scheduling and able to work logistically
Additional information:
* Your time will be split between the office in Ivybridge and on-site across the country.
* Salary circa £50,000
* Company car or Car Allowance
