This standalone role involves managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, performance management, and policy development. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company’s expansion with effective HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts: attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Manage employee onboarding: facilitate new hire orientation and integration into our company culture. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws. Handle employee relations: resolve disputes, grievances, and manage performance issues. Oversee learning & development programs to foster continuous growth. Manage reward and recognition programs and provide advice on employee benefits. Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews. Ensure smooth HR administration: maintain employee records and manage HR reports.
