This company is based in Belfast City Centre. They offer services to businesses based throughout Europe, Asia and the USA. They are currently going through significant growth in their market and have created a new role to enable them to progress further!
Your new role
In this role, you will be working alongside the business director and business development manager to coordinate the business proceedings. The client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who will liaise with clients and associates, manage databases, prepare company materials, and produce reports. This role is 36 hours per week. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities and supporting various office functions. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
* Schedule various workshops, development programs, coordinate clients and various other stakeholders
* Prepare and manage company documents
* Handle company evaluations and documentation
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation within the organisation
* Ensure that resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials are allocated efficiently.
* Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Serve as a liaison between different departments or teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Manage customer relationships
* Be the point of contact for warm customers
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
* Minimum 3 years experience in an administration position
* Ability to work independently but also as a team member
* Experienced coordinating and scheduling a number of busy diaries and calendars
* Excellent technical ability, including high previous usage of MS Office and other systems
* Candidates with experience in operations administration will be given preference.
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
