We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to support our client’s team in handling customer enquiries and complaints efficiently within the Housing sector. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer records accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring a professional and timely response.
Maintain and update customer records using systems.
Refer unresolved queries to appropriate individuals for further action and escalate urgent matters as required.
Ensure all interactions and case updates are logged accurately.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements
Experience in customer service.
Experience in a housing sector is preferred.
Strong IT skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
