We are looking for highly organised, creative, and driven events professionals to help us deliver, enhance and grow our events portfolio.
Reporting to the Events Manager, the successful applicant will plan and execute our exciting programme of awards and events from black tie and ball gown industry celebrations to impactful networking experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile events including Norfolk & Suffolk's premier Business Awards, a celebration of the area's food industry and East Anglia's very best sustainability companies amongst others.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordination and delivery of awards and events from start to finish - working on everything from delivery of marketing plans, and venue selection to on-the-day logistics.
* Communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure that each event is a seamless success leading to contract renewals for future years.
* Strong leadership to control event timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring every detail is covered.
* Creativity to enhance events and create memorable experiences.
* Work with internal individuals and teams at all levels to align event goals with business objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience, ideally within awards, conferences, or large-scale gatherings.
* An eye for detail and strong organisational skills to thrive in managing multiple projects at once.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to coordinate each event effectively internally and externally.
* Problem-solving skills to resolve any last-minute issues, while remaining calm under pressure.
* Passion for delivering top-tier events that leave a lasting impact.
