Job summary This position is newly created to expand the ENT service at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in line with the needs of thedepartment. The successful candidate will be working as ENT Registrar, in a primarily elective setting. The successful candidate will join adynamic and expanding department. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will: Have a responsibility to maintain high standards of care to patients in they encounter and to contribute to the proper functioning of the department. Undertake administrative duties associated with the care of the patients they treat and the effective running of their clinics. Be expected to participate fully in the medical audit arrangements. Be expected to concern themselves with the professional development of other trainees and allied health professional colleagues. Be expected to continue with all aspects of professional and adheres to professional requirements, participating in annual appraisal, job planning and reviews of performance and progression.
