Job Description

We are looking for Customer Care Agent in West Midlands.
As a Customer Care Agent, you will maintain our current customers and support the external sales person in their role to add to our customers. Development of existing customer relationships will also be important to ensure that clients use Lektronix for all their spares and repairs needs. You will achieve agreed sales targets and ensure that each of the accounts is managed to make sure the potential of the area is reached month after month. You will work side by side with an external sales person, whose responsibility is to ensure that new customers are added and existing customers are supported on a face-to-face basis. You will deal with incoming enquiries and update the customers with the progress of their ongoing jobs. You will also be responsible for pricing/invoicing collections from the customer. You will deal with customers from all manufacturing backgrounds ranging from smaller companies to large multinationals.
The Responsibilities - you will do:
* Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area to maximise its sales potential.
* Maintain customer relationships.
* Maintain relationships across Lektronix' key accounts.
* Ensure that customers are satisfied with our services and that expectation levels are managed successfully.
* Assess and price all repair and supply jobs, taking into account individual customer's needs and future potential.
* Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
* Coordinate and follow-up on existing leads, initiate contact, create new leads, and bring on new customers.
* Work with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking.
* Provide regular information to assist management with decision-making and make recommendations to management on business development activity.
* Help with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction.
* Work with our workshops, escalating issues and relating feedback to customers.
* Engage other Customer Services personnel, Regional Sales Managers, and the Commercial Manager in the selling/approach for certain customers.
* Provide information to support management of the business to all levels.
* Identify important issues from information gathered.
* Demonstrate behavior following Rockwell Automation values.
* Act with highest integrity in all areas.
The essentials - you will have:
* Minimum GCSE in English & Mathematics
* 2 years of experience in Customer Care.
The preferred - you might also have:
* Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users.
* Administrative skills.
