Job Specific:
We are looking for experienced Complex Care and Support Workers in the Bradford area.
Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a specialist Complex Care Provider, who supports clients with varying physical, emotional, and all other care needs.
This particular role will involve:
1. Providing person-centered care on a 2-1 basis to a man who has a spinal injury.
2. Adequately supporting him with his daily needs, i.e., tracheostomy care, supporting with ventilation, both wet and dry, providing nebulizers, assisting with cough-assists, providing suctioning, moving and handling, personal care, and any other support he needs.
Full training will be provided to upskill the correct calibre of staff.
Shift Patterns:
8am-8pm
8pm-8am
7 days per week
Requirements:
1. Right to work in the UK (unfortunately at this time we cannot support with sponsorship).
2. Ability to attend a face-to-face interview in Leeds City Centre.
3. A minimum of 6 months UK-based health or social care experience is essential.
4. Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills.
5. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to connect with the client and create a positive atmosphere.
6. Attend mandatory training in Leeds, West Yorkshire when required.
Note: All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
