As a Travel Assistant in our Internal Travel Department, you will assist with invoicing, payment reconciliation, and other administrative tasks. You will coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. Your expertise in flight regulations and travel documentation will enable you to provide travellers with valuable advice and destination information.
Embedded in a local office or department, you will work closely with colleagues within that environment, as well as collaborate frequently with Travel Assistants and Coordinators from our global Internal Travel Departments. You will also liaise with the finance department regarding invoices and payment solutions.

Please note this is a part-time role and for a 1 year contract.
Your role and responsibilities:
* Assisting and Advising Travelers: Provide travel information and help travellers select the best travel plans and schedules within the constraints of the company travel budget.
* Financial Duties: Reconcile payment solutions and handle invoicing.
* Insurance and Travel Issues: Offer advice for insurance claims, flight delays, lost luggage, etc.
* Compliance: Always adhere to company QHSSE standards and demonstrate thorough awareness and compliance.
* Documentation Knowledge: Understand the documentation required for making travel arrangements for both crew and business travellers.
* Visa Processing: Assist with visa processing and other travel-related documentation.
