The Role:
In this multifaceted position, you will work closely with the General Counsel, supporting legal and compliance functions across the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing the corporate governance of a broad range of corporate and partnership structures while gaining exposure to diverse legal and compliance projects within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee corporate governance for the firm’s corporate and partnership vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including filing accounts, organising board and shareholder meetings, and maintaining company documentation.
• Manage the formation and dissolution of entities globally, utilising the firm’s entity tracker system.
• Draft and maintain key governance documents, including operating agreements, minutes, and governance reports.
• Provide support on various legal and compliance initiatives, including global employment and privacy policies.
• Assist with documentation requests related to the firm’s structure and liaise with external counsel on employment, immigration, and corporate matters.

Key Requirements:
• Experience as an Assistant Company Secretary.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Irish ICAVs and DACs is advantageous but not essential.
