An exciting opportunity has arisen within this buzzy student accommodation for an energetic and proactive Customer Service Associate.
Duties:
Working as part of a team you will provide daily support to the team and residents, including building maintenance bookings, tenancy administration & marketing. As well as promoting a 5* service for the residents to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
1. Delivering a high level of customer service - including a comprehensive front of house service.
2. Responding positively to customer queries and complaints, ensuring you undertake appropriate action in line with company procedure.
3. Complete Administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests, filing, updating the database and preparing notices.
4. Chase outstanding rent to meet property targets.
5. Supporting the creating of a positive memorable experience for the residents.
6. Anticipation of and exceeding resident expectations.
About you:
7. Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
8. Good level of general education
9. MS Office proficient
10. Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
11. Culturally aware with the ability to adapt style and communications to suit audience.
12. Friendly and approachable
13. Proactive with a can-do attitude.
14. Good team player
