Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a portfolio of high-growth SME clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor.
2. Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
3. Develop and implement bespoke growth strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
4. Drive business development by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships.

Essential Skills and Experience
1. Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA) or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of high-growth clients.
3. Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute growth strategies.
4. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of cloud accounting systems and financial technologies.
