Job responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Willow House, a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs behaviors that may challenge.
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
* Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
* Assist with medical and welfare needs.
* Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
