Job summary The Enterprise Manager is the leader and representative for the development Enterprise. The Enterprise Manager directs and leads the cross functional team, assesses and reports on the overall performance and resources, technical direction and continuous improvement of the team. They assess the products, projects, schedules, quality, innovation, and delivery. This position will coordinate the work of individuals from other functional roles within the team such as UI/UX, DevOps, Cybersecurity or similar. The Enterprise Manager relies on the Project Manager for day-to-day project management, the Product Manager for the detailed management of project scope and features and the Technical Lead(s) for technical issues in detail. Work Location : In Office (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change) City : Surrey Type : full-time, Permanent Salary : $104,000 - $139,000 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors. Duties and responsibilities In this role, you will: Drive and ensures the Delta Controls� core values and culture are maintained and lived every day. Be accountable for the commercial success of the Enterprise. Set and achieve long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth expectations. Oversee the technical aspects of the Enterprise and contribute to Product specifications. Inspire and motivate the team to work collaboratively and with a common goal. With the aid of Technical Lead(s), work with the platform groups to obtain technology and help direct platform development. Work with the Project Manager to create and maintain project teams. Consult management to address any issues with resourcing, methodology or skillsets. Manage personnel, including career advancement, reviews and continuing education for direct reports and disciplinary action when applicable. Manage team dynamics and productivity including vacation schedules, timesheets and related information relevant to the day-to-day activities and success of the team. Work with the Product Strategists and Product Managers to generate long-term roadmaps. Support sales with new technologies used in new or existing products or improvements to provide cost reduction, customer satisfaction and market growth. Oversee key projects, processes and performance. Produce reports, data, metrics and communicate the Enterprise�s KPIs. In conjunction with the CTO, review, update and implement Enterprise strategic plans, and new product development. Champion the Enterprise and represent the Enterprise both externally and at a Delta Controls management level. Work with manufacturing and other departments to ensure minimum costs and plans to meet the future growth of the Enterprise. Accept Business Cases from Product Strategy, and work with the Enterprise Product Manager and Project Manager to plan accordingly. Be responsible for budgetary planning, budget implementation, team efficiency, financial reporting and submittal for capital expenditures. Understand all aspects of Enterprise including technical, commercial, financial, organizational and procedural. Work with the Director of Product Development on overall Enterprise performance, inter-Enterprise dependencies and process improvements. Drive SR&ED claim annual targets, execution and reporting.
