In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing complex paid social media campaigns for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional performance and delivering measurable results. Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others. Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Lead client meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions, providing clear and insightful campaign updates. Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges. Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation. Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients. Utilise data-driven decision-making to improve campaign ROI. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including paid search, strategy, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Keep up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends and platform updates. Budget Management: Responsibility of managing large paid social budgets and ensuring that the money is being spent effectively. New Business and Pitching: Contribute to new business development efforts, including participating in pitches and presentations. Develop and present compelling paid social strategies to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Contribute to the creation of proposals and pitch decks. Required Skills & Experiences At least 2-3 years proven experience as a Paid Social Media Manager or above. Strong understanding of paid social media advertising platforms and their functionalities. Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent line management skills and mentorship capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. A strong understanding of the UK & Global social media landscape. A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communications, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
