This field-based role involves managing and coordinating retrofit projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and associated government funding schemes. The position requires large-scale travel, for which a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided, and overtime will be paid in addition to the base salary.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a well-established leader in the renewable energy sector, delivering a range of energy-efficient solutions to homes across the UK. They specialise in the design and installation of technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels, Hybrid Systems, and various insulation measures, working in alignment with government-funded schemes to support sustainable living\n\nDescription\n\nCoordinate and manage retrofit projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035, ECO4, GBIS, HUG, and other relevant standards.\n\nConduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance across multiple properties.\n\nManage the retrofit survey process, maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.\n\nOversee the PAS2030 lodgement process via TrustMark, ensuring timely submissions aligned with contract delivery timelines.\n\nCollaborate with all stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.\n\nSupport the development of digital survey tools and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.\n\nMaintain detailed project records and ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready.\n\nTravel extensively across the Midlands and the North, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.\n\nOpportunity to earn additional pay through overtime, on top of the base salary.\n\nProfile\n\nLevel 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (PAS 2035 compliant)\n\nMinimum of 12 months' experience in a Retrofit Coordinator role\n\nDomestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification\n\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nProficient in data entry and confident using computer systems and software\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nJob Offer\n\nPermanent, full-time position with a competitive annual salary of £45,000\n\nOvertime opportunities available, paid in addition to the base salary\n\nCompany vehicle and fuel card provided for extensive travel requirements\n\nField-based role covering the Midlands and the North\n\nMonday to Friday working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm\n\nOpportunity to join a growing and supportive team within the renewable energy sector\n\nInvolvement in impactful, sustainability-focused projects backed by government funding
