Transformation Business Analyst

Summary
My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join their team based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.
About the role
Project management: You will be accountable for owning and delivering OD projects within the wider business transformation program.
Change management: You will be supporting senior stakeholders and management through end-to-end OD transformation. This will include facilitating the end-to-end process, from running assessments on current OD state, through to defining and delivering program roadmaps.
Coaching: You will provide expertise, advice, and coaching on organisational design practices and processes to both leadership team and stakeholders.
Stakeholder management: You will be able to demonstrate how you have partnered with multiple stakeholders across a matrix environment in previous roles.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyse data and develop insights to support the Transformation Office and specific workstreams, as needed.
2. Conduct independent pieces of work to address strategic design questions feeding into the Target Operating Model.
3. Support preparation of SteerCo materials and other documents required for executive engagements.
4. Engage with workstream leads to understand workstream progress, challenges faced, and provide design support, as needed.
5. Lead resolution of programme level challenges and risks by liaising with the right stakeholders in the organisation.
6. Support development of Transformation Office oversight tools such as workplan, key milestones, KPIs, cost and benefits models.
Experience:
Interpersonal
1. Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, including working in high-paced environment and/or challenging situations.
2. Experience of working with senior level stakeholders along with comfort in challenging all levels of stakeholders, including Senior Managers & Directors.
3. 'Self-starter' - independently works on initiatives with limited guidance and proactively identifies and resolves issues.
Technical
1. Strong analytical capabilities, ability to quickly turn data into key insights, with a proven track record delivering complex projects in a dynamic environment with the ability to identify and articulate value to stakeholders.
2. Previous consulting experience is strongly preferred.
3. Previous experience in large-scale programmes - experience of transformation programme is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Previous experience of capital delivery business, specifically Gas business, is preferred but not mandatory.
5. Proficient in using Excel/Powerpoint/Teams/Sharepoint.
