About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Marketing Executive to join the Customer Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our CRM strategy.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing, the role will be responsible for building, delivering, and optimising our client-side CRM programs, with a focus on driving engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will possess strong copywriting skills, technical aptitude with experience using marketing automation software, and a proven track record of success in CRM.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement and optimize automated lifecycle communications to nurture leads and engage customers throughout their journey.
2. Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to promote our services to specific customer segments.
3. Manage customer service notifications.
4. Develop creative assets to help to increase conversion through the sales funnel and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
5. Identify and build targeted customer audiences.
6. Put into practice a comprehensive optimisation/test & learn plan.
7. Perform regular post-campaign analysis and present performance back to internal stakeholders.
8. Stay up to date with advances in CRM technology and trends, and with competitor activity.

About You
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
* 2+ years in a CRM/Marketing Automation Role.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform or email service provider (preferably Braze).
* HTML/CSS and email design best practice.
* Proactive ‘go-getter’ attitude.
* Creative thinker with a commercial mind-set.
* High attention to detail.
DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
* Knowledge of SQL/Relational Databases.
* Experience using analytics software such as PowerBI and Google Analytics.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement.
