The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and payroll management, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities HR Management: Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance. Manage employee performance and development programs. Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Ensure accurate and timely payroll data entry and processing. Handle employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with the finance department for payroll reconciliation. Oversee compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in HR and payroll management roles.
