We have an opportunity for a Private Tax Assistant Manager to join our tax team at our Lincoln location.
As a Private Tax Assistant Manager, you will assist managers and directors in providing taxation advice to clients while supporting your teams in the delivery of their work and ensuring that operational objectives are met.

You will develop and maintain the professional competencies necessary to provide a high-quality service to clients, thereby strengthening the company's reputation, strength, and success.
Key accountabilities
* Team management: You will manage and develop team members in line with our culture and values. You will conduct performance reviews and set objectives through regular one-to-one check-ins.
* Client experience: You will manage a client portfolio, using your knowledge and skills to add essential value to the offering. You will have responsibility for the overall quality of individual client assignments and the production of a complete product with due regard to budget.
* Teamwork: You will work effectively in collaboration with other team members to scope out client requirements and ensure that assignments are carried out efficiently within specified budget(s).
* Business development: Build a network of potential new clients to identify new business opportunities, actively participate in pitching for new business opportunities, and develop tender documents.
Skills and experience
Joining us as a Private Tax Assistant Manager, you will be ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified or ATT qualified with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. You will have good communication skills that enable you to work effectively in collaboration with other team members to scope out client requirements and ensure that assignments are carried out efficiently within specified budget(s).

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
