Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking experienced Support Workers who are looking for the flexibility and variety that agency work offers.
We currently have an influx of shifts available in Dover and surrounding areas, offering competitive pay of £12.00-£14.50 per hour along with great company benefits.
As a Support Worker with Superior Healthcare, you’ll have the opportunity to work across more than 100 care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living facilities, and learning disability placements.
Our placements are conveniently located in Dover and within a feasible distance of your home, giving you the freedom to choose shifts that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities
* Support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
* Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, activities, while promoting independence
* Plan and facilitate activities such as arts and crafts, games, sensory experiences
* Work flexibly as a part of a team, adapting to the needs of the service users.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
* A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude, strong communication skills
* Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week
* UK driver license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
